The Promotion will run between 12:00:01 pm (Nigerian
Time) on 21st May, 2014 to 11:59 pm (Nigerian Time) on
6 June, 2014. By entering the Promotion, You accept
these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by
them. This competition is hosted by Guinness Nigeria
Plc.

1. Open to all persons who are resident in Nigeria and
aged above the legal limit for alcohol consumption in
Nigeria (18+ proof of age may be requested), except
employees of the Promoters, their families and anyone
professionally involved with this Promotion and
employees of Guinness Nigeria and Diageo Brands
Nigeria.
2. To enter the competition, a participant must visit the
Guinness VIP Facebook page (www.facebook.com/
GuinnessVIP) and drop their entry of a Guinness Friendly
selfie (a picture of a user with at least a friend) in the
comments section of the Guinness Friendly Selfie
competition post. Guinness VIP will select the bestp
entries at their own discretion and feature selected
entries on the page for users to vote by clicking the like
link under each featured entry. The entry with the most
votes (likes) wins a Super Eagles Jersey while first and
second runners up get N5000 and N3000 Airtime
respectively.
3. The act of submitting a selfie (picture) serves as an
entry into the competition. Each individual is allowed
one entry only per competition post. Winners must
respond and claim their prizes within 48 hours of such
notification via Facebook inbox message. Failure to
redeem the prizes within the time frame amount to
forfeiture of the prize.
4. The winners are required to provide a valid proof of
identification in form of National I.D card, Drivers
Licence, National Passport or Certified work or University
Student I.D Card.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend
this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen
circumstances outside their reasonable control.
6. The Promoter also reserves the right to terminate or
temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of
technical or other difficulties that might compromise its
integrity.
7. The Promoter and their agents accept no
responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting
an entry to this promotion or failure of entries being
submitted in event of difficulties with the network
providers who are independent agencies.
8. By taking part in the Promotion, all Participants accept
and agree to abide by the terms and conditions and
other rules guiding the promotion.
9. All prizes are non-transferable, and may not be
exchanged for cash or any other form of reward.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the
prize for another prize of like value at any time and for
any reason.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any
claims that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or
based on misconduct. The Promoter shall take such
decision at its sole discretion, the decision of the
Promoter shall be final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
12. In the event of any dispute regarding the conduct or
results of the Promotion, these terms and conditions, or
any other matters relating to the Promotion, the
decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence
will be entered into with any participant.
13. Neither Guinness Nigeria, any other companies in the
Diageo Group or any of their respective advertising,
media and PR agencies, nor their trading partners shall
be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage or
costs, howsoever arising, suffered by any Participant in
this Promotion.
14. The Promoter shall also not be responsible for any
difficulty in the delivery of the airtime to the Participant
outside the stipulated time.
15. This promotion and these terms are governed by
Nigerian Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the Nigerian Courts.
16. Participants are deemed to have accepted these
terms and conditions by participating in this Promotion.
A Participants personal data will only be held and used
by the Promoters for the purpose of this promotion and
shall not be used for any other purpose whatsoever
without their prior consent.
