2015 Edition of The Vision Of The Child ART COMPETITION

Lagos Black Heritage Festival presents the 2015 edition of “The Vision of the Child”. The theme is "THE ROAD TO SAMBISA".

Participants will express their vision not only in Painting, but also in the

Literary Arts.

How to participate:

Entry for the competition will be through the submission of a poem,

essay or short story of 300 to 500 words on the theme. Shortlisted

entrants will then participate in the painting competition.

Eligibility:

The competition is open to anyone who has an interest in Arts, in

primary and secondary (public and private) schools in Lagos State. All

entrants must be between 9 to 12 years. Entrants are encouraged to be

creative in their responses.

Registration Date:

Registration opens from 13th of November 2014 and closes on the 19th

December, 2014.

Screening of entrants begins on the 12th of January 2015.
